Timothy and Heather Drennan have been the owners of Fancyful since 2018. They both received degrees in musical theatre from Ouachita Baptist University, where they met and began their story together. In 2014, Heather was freelancing as a princess performer in Little Rock, which garnered the attention of Sam and Jessica Selby, who had just recently created Fancyful that September. An immediate friendship was formed between the Drennans and the Selbys. Timothy and Heather began performing for Fancyful, and shortly after, Heather took over management of the company. Together over the next four years, the two couples watched the company experience incredible growth. In 2018, the Selbys left Arkansas, leaving the company in the hands of the Drennans. Running Fancyful has been one of the most exciting and rewarding parts of their marriage, and they hope to see it continue to grow and extend its outreach in the community, with more partnerships with organizations like Project Zero and the Whole Kids Foundation, that they already love to work with. They carry on traditions put into place by the Selbys, including monthly tea parties at the Castle on Stagecoach and the annual Princess Ball at the Junior League of Little Rock, and have also thoroughly enjoyed putting their own stamp on what Fancyful has to offer, with new, revamped Super-Hero packages, and Heather’s longtime wish, Mermaid Encounters! For the Drennans, The heart, soul, and goal of Fancyful is to create unique and impactful memories for every child and family they have the opportunity to reach, taking a special brand of magic to families that may otherwise never get to experience it.
