OUTDOOR PARTY MUST-HAVES
(For Parties in Hot Weather)

Make sure your character has a clean area to perform in, free of mud or standing water, so that our costumes don’t get damaged. (As our Island Princess would say, “Aue, Aue, keep that mud away!”)
Performing in thick costumes and wigs can be quite difficult when you’re in the Arkansas heat! Help our performers out by providing them with one or two fans aimed in their direction throughout the duration of their party time. Additionally, have drinking water on hand should they need it. They’ll be sure to appreciate it!
If you don’t have full tree coverage sufficient to cover your party area, your party will either need to be moved to a shaded porch, or you will need to provide outdoor umbrellas to provide coverage. (Otherwise, your Snow Queen might be doing whatever snow does in Summer!)
Keep an eye on the weather the week leading up to your party! You will need a backup indoor location prepped in the event of rain or a heat index exceeding 90 degrees. Depending on your character/costume choice, management may need to contact you about times of the day your character cannot be outdoors.
NOTE: Should you choose to host your character outdoors, a $20 dry cleaning fee will be applied to your total.
